Patrick Windham

Patrick Windham is a Lecturer in the Stanford Public Policy Program and in the past also taught at the University of California’s Washington, DC, center and the University of Maryland. From 1984 until 1997 he served as a Senior Professional Staff Member for the Subcommittee on Science, Technology, and Space of the U.S. Senate’s Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation. He helped Senators oversee several major civilian science and technology agencies and focused particularly on issues of science, technology, and U.S. industrial competitiveness. Mr. Windham received an B.A. from Stanford University and a Master of Public Policy degree from the University of California at Berkeley.
