Jake Stuebner

Jake Stuebner graduated from Stanford in June 2018 with a BA in Human Biology and now is working on his MA in Public Policy. He is interested in studying how legal institutions shape society. Specifically, he is keen to understand laws and consider their economic efficiency and fairness. As an undergrad, he enjoyed playing for Stanford's Men's Volleyball team and spending time abroad in Santiago, Chile. This summer he is interning in Charleston, West Virginia at the state's Department of Education. Working with the Data and Research team, his responsibilities include analyzing student data and working with school districts to make educator evaluation systems more focused on teacher growth. He is looking forward to being back on campus in the fall!
