Forms and Resources

Below is a listing of forms and resources that Public Policy majors may find useful.  

If you are ready to declare the major, complete the major declaration form and bring it to the program office.  One quarter after you declare the major, you will need to complete your faculty advisor and concentration form.  The honors application form is for declared majors who would like to pursue an honors thesis. Complete the course petition form if you've taken a course closely related to one of the degree requirements, and you'd like to petition for the course to take the place of the requirement. The Independent Study Course Petition should be submitted prior to the first week of the quarter to enroll in PUBLPOL 198/298 or 309X.
